Sheriff’s Office Fastest Time

We have recently set a new record for the Sheriff’s Office Fastest Time. It was amazing to watch as the group shattered the old record.

The Sheriff’s Office is the most difficult escape room the we currently offer at the Hanes Escape Rooms. The players are broken up into 2 teams and enter the game in opposing cells at the opposite side of the room. To break out of the Sheriff’s office you must both first break out of your own cells while still working as a team. To do so, you have 1 hour before the sheriff returns and spoils your attempted prison break.

There are many challenges in your way that you must solve before you can escape. Some people struggle to find the clues, while others struggle solving them. No two groups are the same. Some are very logical and follow the clues step by step, while other are more…intuitive. They almost seem to guess and get it right more often than not. The previous group that got the Sheriff’s Office Fastest Time were good…

This group though, the new record breakers, they were like a swarm of ants. There were six of them and were split into 2 groups of three. Right away you could tell they had a method to their madness. You could see the plan unfolding. One person checking high, the other low. The third floating. Then they switched, so each person double checked what the last person inspected. You could tell there was more going on, but that was all they were willing to share with us.

Whether or not you play to beat records, or just to have a fun time figuring out the mystery and the clues, please let us know if you have a plan of attack when you enter escape rooms. Just for the record books, the new Sheriff’s Office Fastest Time is 28 minutes with zero hints given. Do you think you can beat that time? Good luck!
